Refunds & Returns


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, products that are intimate or sanitary goods may not be returned. Due to the nature of our products we therefore cannot offer any refunds.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at where we will assess the case and advise you of your next steps.
